Maybe you've been given strategies that look great on paper but fall apart in real life.
Maybe you've sat through assessments without understanding why they were necessary.
Maybe you've been told what to do without anyone taking the time to explain why.
Or perhaps you're supporting someone whose needs are complex, and despite everyone's best intentions, nothing seems to be creating meaningful, sustainable change.
We don't assess simply to
tick a box.
We identify the areas that genuinely need support and use targeted, evidence-informed assessment to determine where to begin.
Prefer to talk while walking? Let's walk.
Prefer a professional setting? That's fine too.
We take time to understand how you feel most comfortable engaging and shape support accordingly.
You shouldn’t have to fit the practitioner.
We consider your preferences, needs and circumstances when matching you with a practitioner. And if we genuinely don’t believe we’re the right fit?
We’ll tell you.
Evidence matters. But so does understanding it.
We explain the science and reasoning behind our recommendations in language that makes sense, so you and your support team can genuinely contribute to the approach.

I'm looking for Positive Behaviour Support.

We look beyond what can be seen to understand the person, their environment, strengths, experiences, available skills and the outcomes they're trying to achieve. From there, we can focus less on suppressing what's happening now and more on building what's needed next.
We start with,
"Why does this make sense?"
We don't start with
confidence, autonomy and
participation over time.

As a behaviour analyst, neurodivergent practitioner and parent to neurodivergent children, she's experienced support systems from more than one side of the table.
Those experiences helped shape Think Bright Therapy into the practice it is today: evidence-informed without losing humanity, collaborative without losing clinical rigour, and focused on creating changes people can actually carry into everyday life.
Current projects in development explore areas including Constructional Exposure Therapy, Environment–Person Fit as a Clinical Tool, and the experiences of neurodivergent women transitioning to motherhood.

A simple, practical guide to looking beyond what you can see and beginning to understand what a behaviour might be communicating, what could be influencing it and where meaningful support might begin.
